Currently 9 billion tons of trash ends up in the ocean every year.

If you encounter a California sea lion, Harbor seal, or northern Elephant seal Lying on the beach or around town then please call one of these numbers

Here we have an Northern Elephant seal who has crawled onto shore to warm up and dry... Cute huh? Little did you know that he was distressed and "dry" actually means to dry up.. :( isnt that sad? i've called hundreds of marine mammal centers and none of them could respond to this seal, sea world was already rescuing 2 seals in oceanside and the pacific amrine mammal center was responding to 4 other calls throughout california...
